At Best Van Deals we encourage everyone to follow social distancing guidelines and as such we have a contactless process for ordering and delivering vehicles to ensure the complete safety of our customers and colleagues during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken the following measures to make sure that your vehicle acquisition is as convenient as possible;

  • Our team is currently working from home and are set up with the systems required to provide full quotations to you over the phone and via email. By socially distancing our colleagues we are able to limit the risk of coronavirus exposure for them, keeping them safe and ensuring we have someone available to help customers with enquiries.
  • We have facilities on our website allowing customers to apply for finance from home, our team members are also able to go through this process with customers over the phone if this is preferred. All of our paperwork is also signed electronically and can be done via a mobile phone or tablet device, this means the documents can be signed from isolation and there is no need for the direct exchange of objects that a pen-and-paper signing would require.
  • We retain delivery capacity so can get vehicles to customers quickly. All of our delivery drivers are equipped to disinfect the vehicle prior to the handover and will have personal protection equipment (PPE) including gloves. As per the above point, delivery acceptance forms will be sent via e-sign to avoid the need for direct object exchange and keys will be placed at an agreed exchange point. If immediate delivery is not convenient for the customer, we are able to put credit lines in place now, secure the vehicles and defer the start of the contract until after the lockdown has been lifted.
  • As part of the largest van and truck dealer in the UK we are able to ensure that all of our vehicles are provided by UK franchise dealers and as such can accommodate incentives offered from manufacturers in-house lenders as well third-party lenders depending on what suits a customer’s individual circumstances best.
